This space was born from my healing journey, one marked by people-pleasing, emotional burnout, identity struggles, and a deep need to feel seen, safe, and whole again.

As a trained counsellor and life coach, I blend psychology, spiritual wisdom, and lived experience to offer you tools for self-awareness, growth, and emotional well-being.

In what format is the reset?

he 8-Day Emotional Reset is delivered in video format.
Each day, you’ll get access to a video clip (approx. 10–25 mins) designed to help you reset your emotional energy, release self-sabotaging patterns, and shift your mindset.

Think of it as your reset ritual- a mental detox you can return to whenever you need realignment.

Will I need anything else, like journals/worksheets?

A simple journal or notes app is enough. I provide optional reflective prompts to guide your inner work, but it’s designed to be minimal and impactful.

Do I need to finish all 8 videos in 8 days?

Nope! You can go at your own pace. The 8-day structure is to create momentum, but you’ll have the videos to revisit whenever you need.

What's the difference between this and coaching with you privately?

The reset is a guided self-coaching experience. Working 1:1 with me is more personalised as we go deep into your specific patterns, real-life situations, and I support you with tools, strategy, and emotional guidance in real time.
